摘要
档案安全文化是档案文化的重要组成部分,同时也是档案安全的重要组成部分。将安全上升到文化的层次,运用文化的力量,档案安全才能进入有序可控、基本稳定的状态。因此,档案安全文化的提出是推动档案安全保障体系建设的必然要求。档案观念文化、档案安全行为文化、档案安全管理文化和档案安全物态文化共同构成了档案安全文化,并促进档案安全管理向深层次发展,切实保障档案安全。
Archives safety culture is not only an important part of archives culture, but also an important part of archives security. To apply security to the level of culture and express the power of culture, archives security may be in the situation of safety and basic stable state. Therefore, to put forward archives safety culture is the necessary requirement of promoting archives safety guarantee system. Archives safety culture is made of archives concept culture, archives safety behavior, safety management culture, and archives physical state culture constitute the file security of state culture. They promote the archives of security management to development deeply and to ensure the safety of archives.
