摘要 文章分别利用土壤标准物质的标准值、重金属标准物质与样品同步消解、酸溶液配制重金属标准物质建立三种不同基体的定量标准系列给来源于二个不同地区的土壤标准物质进行定量,以电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-AES)为分析仪器,研究基体效应对土壤样品定量的影响。结果表明,在对土地壤样品进行定量校正的过程中,利用土壤标准物质的标准值对土壤样品定量,可全面地考虑到基体效应对定量的影响。选择土壤标准物质为定量基体和合适的标准值建立不同元素的定量库,可准确、高效地给每个元素定量。 In the paper, the value of soil using standard reference materials, reference materials and sample synchronization heavy metals digestion, acid solution preparation heavy metal standard substance establish quantitative standard series of three different base to crone from two different parts of the soil quantitative standard substance to Inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES) for analytical instruments, influence of matrix efl^cts on soil quantitative samples. The results show that in the process of correcting the land soil samples were quantitated, the standard values of the soil on the soil standard substance sample quantification, tully take into account the influence of matrix effects on quantitative. Select the soil to establish a quantitative library reference materials fbr different elements of tile matrix and the appropriate quantitative standard values can be accurately and efficiently to each element of quantification.
