摘要 随着科技的不断进步,目前使用三维可视化手段已经可以完美实现地形数据的三维展示和查询、统计和分析等功能应用,为防火应急指挥提供科学决策依据。系统以Skyline为展示平台进行二次开发,充分利用GIS在分析、查询等方面的成熟技术,最终设计实现集森林资源管理与防火应急指挥为一体的系统,通过应用证明该系统性能稳定、先进、实用、可操作性强,达到了系统建设的预期目标,为今后在旅游展示、地籍管理、房产管理、智能交通等行业中的应用提供了宝贵的经验。 As technology advances,the current use of visualization tools have been able to achieve the perfect terrain data applications such as three- dimensional display functions and query,statistics and analysis,and provide scientific basis for decision making fire emergency command. Skyline showcase system for secondary development,make full use of GIS in the analysis,query and other mature technology,designed to achieve the ultimate collection of forest resource management and fire emergency command system as a whole,through the application prove that the system is stable performance,advanced,practical,workable,system construction to achieve the desired objectives for future application in tourism show,cadastral management,property management,intelligent transportation and other industries provide a valuable experience.
