细胞学方法治疗缺血性心脏病的新进展 被引量:4

摘要 尽管缺血性心脏病在防治手段,介入治疗方面有了很大的进展,但是缺血性心脏病仍然是世界上导致患者死亡最多的疾病之一.为了使缺血性心脏病患者心肌梗死部位心肌再生,研究人员尝试了多种物理治疗方法[1-3],如移植乳内动脉到坏死部位的心肌组织[4],或是应用药物治疗,如肝素[2],血管内皮生长因子(VEGF),肝素结合生长因子1和碱性成纤维细胞生长因子[7-10].
