A Literature Review of Temporal Leadership and Prospects:An Organizational Behavior Perspective

摘要 时间领导是领导者根据下属的个体时间特质和工作任务特点而采取的既有助于确保各项任务的如期完成,又能提升下属与时间相关的幸福感的时间管理行为。它是时间视角与领导研究相结合而发展起来的新概念。本文围绕时间领导的概念界定、内涵辨析、结构与测量,以及影响因素与作用机制等方面对相关文献进行了梳理和述评,并指出了现有研究存在的不足及未来的研究方向。 Temporal leadership is time management behavior which is conducive to the guarantee for the completion of tasks on schedule and improves subordinates' time-related happiness, taken by leaders according to individual time characteristics and task features of subordinates. It is a new concept arising from the combination of temporal lens and leadership research. This paper conducts a literature review focusing on the definitions, connotations, structures & measurements,and influencing factors & mechanisms of temporal leadership, and points out the existing drawbacks and some future research directions.
