Based on the basic definition of the precise poverty , this paper is on the proposed industrial development of the basic ide- as as how to achieve precision of poverty production targets, and advocates for poor farmers to carry out targeted industrial skills training, make full use of local industry conditions poverty alleviation; positively and effectivey use fiscal and finan- cial policies to promote the development of targeted poverty alleviation industrial undertakings; industry performance ap- praisal incentive mechanisms poverty and improve the scientific, accurate deep poverty and promote industrial develop- ment.
