Network Promoter's Negative Impact on the National Politic Security and Its Holistic Governance

网络推手对国家主权和领土安全、政权安全、政治制度安全、意识形态安全和政治稳定产生了消极影响,不利于社会的和谐与稳定。应对网络推手应实现整体性治理,以国家政治安全为价值取向,多元主体协作为组织结构,构建网络化模式的运行机制,完善政府内部的合作机制、协调机制、信任机制和整合机制,维护国家的政治安全。

Network promoter has large negative impacts on national sovereignty and territorial security, government security, politi- cal system safety, ideology security and political stability, which is not beneficial to social harmony and stability. There- fore, the network promoter needs holistie governance, which should take the national security and political as value ori- entation, multivariate cooperation as organizational structure, to set up operation mechanism in network mode, improve the internal government cooperation mechanism, coordination mechanism and trust mechanism and integration mecha- nism, in order to safeguard the national politic security.
