Nodal Points of Improving Contemporary Socialist System with Chinese Characteristics from the Time Perspective

党的十八大以来,发展和完善中国特色社会主义制度成为当代中国全面深化改革的总目标,而完善和发展中国特色社会主义制度的实质就是推进中国特色社会主义制度的现代化,这样才能实现国家治理体系和治理能力的现代化。由于社会主义位置于近现代世界历史发展的商品经济形态阶段,商品经济形态阶段运演的资本中介动力性与资本逻辑的有机结合成为社会主义的必备内蕴,与资本逻辑有机结合适应时代发展的程度也就成为判定社会主义现代化的关键。因而就改革开放以来成功实现与资本逻辑有机结合初步实践的中国社会主义制度而言,深化与资本逻辑全面有机结合的程度成为关乎当代中国特色社会主义制度现代化的关键。

Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC), the overall objective of China's comprehensively deepening reform is to develop and improve the socialist system with Chinese characteristics. Its essence is to advance the modernization of the socialist system with Chinese characteristics. Only after that can we achieve the modernization of national governance system and gover-nance capacity. As socialism is part of the commodity economy stage in modern world history and the capital is the intermediary agent of the commodity economy society, it is an essential connotation of socialism to integrate with capital logic. The degree of adapting to the de-velopment of the times after integrating with capital logic is the key to judge the socialist modernization. Thus, for China 's socialist system that has succeeded in integrating with capital logic since the reform and opening up, the key to achieve modernization of socialist system with Chinese characteristics is to deepen the integration with capital logic.
