Study on Knowledge Management Mechanism for Trust-based Supply Chain

信任是知识交换的核心,供应链信任是供应链知识管理成功的重要基础。以供应链信任的维度和作用为讨论重点,研究供应链成员间知识管理的"计算型信任"和"关系型信任"两种模式,构建起能够相互促进的个体层面和组织层面的供应链知识管理模型,可达到提高知识共享的程度的目的。

Trust is the core of knowledge exchange, and supply chain trust is an important factor for successful knowledge management of supply chain. This article discusses on the dimensions and roles of supply chain trust and makes studies on two models of calculus-based trust and relational trust in the knowledge management among different members of the supply chain. It attempts to a build knowl-edge management model that is mutually reinforcing both individual level and organizational level so as to increase the degree of knowledge sharing.
