摘要
服务型领导是一种领导者服务于员工,员工服务于客户,进而客户带来组织效益的领导方式。文章在大量文献回顾和分析的基础上,从概念界定、测量工具、影响因素与作用效果等几个方面对服务型领导的研究成果进行了比较全面的梳理和归纳,对其未来的研究进行了展望,以期为后续的研究提供借鉴。
Servant leadership is a leadership style that leaders serve staffs, and staffs serve customers, so that customers could bring benefits for the organization. In this article, on the basis of a large number of literature review and analysis, we comprehensively summarized research findings on servant leadership, including its definition, influencing factor, measuring tools and effects. Final, we discussed its future research from two aspects of theoretical research and practical operation so as to provide systematic and theoretical references for future research.
