俄罗斯足球走向崛起的历史回眸及其启示

A historical review of Russian football rise and its implications

运用文献资料和逻辑分析等方法,对俄罗斯足球发展历程进行回顾与梳理。首先,对俄罗斯足球发展的三个历史阶段进行了回眸与简述,基于俄罗斯足球发展的时空特征,将其分为前苏联的辉煌期、苏联解体后的调整期和俄罗斯足球的快速崛起期三个历史阶段;其次剖析了俄罗斯足球快速崛起的成功因素,主要包括足球管理体制改革先行、市场化的职业联赛提供了发展驱动、重视青少年足球和草根足球规划三个方面;最后则阐述了俄罗斯足球崛起对我国足球发展的启示,即转变足球发展方式及政府职能、贯彻落实科学的足球发展规划、以及融入区域足球发展提高国际话语权等。

The methods of literature review and logical analysis were used to sort out Russian football development process. First, the three historical stages of football development in Russia were briefly looked back and, based on its spatial and temporal characteristics, it was divided into three stages： the glory, of the former Soviet Union, a period of adjustment after the Soviet Union and the rapid rise of the Russian football; secondly, the three factors for the rapid rise of Russian fi）otball were analyzed, including highlighting football management system, drive of market-oriented protessional League, emphasis on planning of youth football and grassroots football; finally, the implications for the soccer rise in China were elaborated, namely, transformation of football development mode and government implementation of football development plan, and integration into the international voice and so on.
