摘要
目的:分析有氧运动、抗阻运动以及两者兼顾运动(组合运动)对2型糖尿病患者血液生化指标影响的差异,为合理选择2型糖尿病运动方案提供科学依据。方法:根据纳入与排除标准,选取80例2型糖尿病患者,随机分为有氧运动组(20例),抗阻运动组(20例),组合运动组(20例)和对照组(20例)。四组均给予常规药物治疗并控制饮食,各运动干预组在此基础上进行每周4次,共12周的运动训练。实验前后分别测量四组的血糖、糖化血红蛋白、体重、血脂和血压等生化指标。结果:经过12周不同运动干预后,各运动组的空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、体质指数(BMI)和胆固醇水平,与实验前相比均明显降低,而HDL-C水平明显升高(均P<0.01);组合运动组的空腹血糖和BMI水平明显低于有氧运动组、抗阻运动组及对照组(均P<0.05)。结论:不同运动干预方式均能显著改善2型糖尿病患者的高血糖、肥胖及高血脂状况;组合运动干预在调节血糖和控制体重方面优于氧化运动或抗阻运动。
Objective: To analyze the effect of different types of exercise ( aerobic cxercise, resistance exercise and combination exercise) on blood biochemical indexes of type 2 diabetes, and thereby give scientific basis for tile exploration of exercise protocol with type 2 diabetes. Methods:According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, a total of 80 people with type 2 diabetes were enrolled in the study. The study consisted of aerobic exercise group ( n = 20), resistance exercise group (n =20) , combination exercise group (n =20) and control group (n = 20). The former 3 groups exercised for 12 weeks and 4 times per week and the control group maintain their daily eating habits. Blood sugar, glycosylated hemoglobin, hloed lipid, body weight and blood pressure were measured before and after the experiment. Results: After 12 weeks exercise intervention, the levels in FPG, P2BG, BMI and TC were higher in exercise groups (P 〈 0.01 ), and HDL - C was lower (P 〈 0. 01 ) ; Compared with the other three groups, the levels of FPG and BMI significantly decreased in combination exercise group ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion: Three types of exercise intervention were effectiw; in improve blood sglucosc, obesity and high cholesterol of patients with type 2 diabetes; Combination exercise intervention is better than that of aerobic and resistance exercise in blood sugar control anti weight loss.
