“讲一练二考三”自主学习法对学生不同体育能力影响的实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 运用文献资料、问卷调查、教学实验、数理统计和逻辑分析等研究方法,对北京林业大学2012级男生篮球班和女生篮球班进行了"讲一、练二、考三"自主学习法教学实验,以探讨其对学生体育能力产生的影响。主要结论如下:自主学习教学法对学生体育能力的影响显著优于传统教学模式。学生在学习过程中实现了主体地位,由依赖性学习转向自主性学习,能更有效地发挥其学习主动性,使其改善了体育锻炼态度和自主学习能力,相关运动知识、身体健康素质水平和技术能力获得提高,从而能自觉进行课外体育锻炼和体育行为创新,最终内化为终身体育能力。在自主教学模式下,不同性别的学生在体育锻炼态度和创新能力上差异呈减小趋势。 The research methods of literature review, questionnaire survey, teaching experiment, mathematical statistics and logical analysis were adopted to carry out an experiment of autonomous learning, i.e. " teach -practice -test" on boy basketball and girl basketball classes Grace 2012 in order to study its impact on the students'physical ability. The conclusion was that the teaching effect of autonomous learning on the students" physical ability is better than that of the traditional teaching mode. In autonomous learning, students realize their subject status in the learning process and transform from dependent learning to independent learning, which can effectively generate their initiative to study and improve their physical exercise attitude and the ability of autonomous learning while help them improve sports knowledge level, health quality level and technical ability. As a result, they can carry out extracurricular sports training and sports behavior innovation actively and these abilities ultimately will turn into the ability of lifelong physical education. In the autonomous teaching mode, the differences of students of different genders in physical exercise attitude and innovation ability are reducing.
