西藏高校研究生教育现状及发展研究

A Research of the Current Situation and Development of Postgraduate Education in Tibet's Colleges and Universities

当前,我国研究生教育正从规模化发展向以提高研究生质量为主转变,但是与内地高校相比,西藏高校研究生招生在规模和数量上所占比例较小。文章通过描述、统计和分析研究生招录数据,着重探讨西藏高校研究生招生过程中面临的实际问题,提出了稳步扩大招生规模、提高研究生质量的目标及相关发展措施。

At present, China＇s postgraduate education shift from large-scale development to the quality-improv-ing of graduate students, but compared with inland universities, the graduate student enrollment in Tibet＇s col-leges and universities is small in size and quantity. This article, through a statistic analysis of graduate enroll-ment data, discusses the practical problem Tibet University facing in the process of enrolling new graduate stu-dents, and puts forward the suggestion of expanding enrollment steadily. The development objectives and associ-ated measures to improve the quality of graduate students are also discussed in the article.
