社会主义初级阶段财富分配的规范性分析——基于马克思共同富裕思想的视角

Normative Analysis of the Distribution of Wealth in the Primary Stage of Socialism——Based on Marxist Thought of Common Prosperity

一个社会的财富分配归根到底是由该社会的经济社会条件决定的。社会主义高级阶段的共同富裕是劳动者在公有制基础之上通过按劳分配实现的生活资料平等占有状态。共产主义社会的共同富裕是在社会主义自身发展基础上通过按需分配实现的一切人的自由而全面的发展。社会主义初级阶段的共同富裕是社会主义初级阶段基本经济制度基础上通过市场初次分配和政府再分配形成的橄榄型分配格局,社会主义初级阶段只能实现由该阶段经济社会条件决定的共同富裕。目前促进社会主义初级阶段共同富裕的实现,应该在完善基本经济制度、市场初次分配机制和政府再分配调节机制上下功夫。

The distribution of social wealth is determined by economic and social conditions of the society. Common prosperity of socialism in the advanced stage in which the workers are on the basis of public ownership and through the distribution according to work to achieve equal possession of subsistence. Common prosperity in communist society means that socialism is based on the development of socialism itself through distribution according to needs in order to realize human being's free and overall development. Based on the basic economic system in the primary stage of socialism, common prosperity in this stage demonstrates an olive distribution pattern formation which was formed by the initial distribution through the market and government redistribution. Primary stage of socialism can only achieve the common prosperity based on its economic and social conditions.Currently, to promote the primary stage of socialism to achieve common prosperity, we should make more efforts to improve the basic economic system, the initial market allocation mechanism and the government redistribution mechanism.
