摘要
教师的哲学是教师个体在教育实践中形成的具有个体性、反思性和实践性品格的哲学,是教师以一定的哲学思想和哲学方法为基础,在个人的教育实践过程中通过批判反思教育理论、研究教育问题、感悟教育真相而形成的属于个人的教育智慧、信念与信仰。教师的哲学是教师的为师之道,每位教师都有自己的哲学。教师的哲学能够帮助教师实现自我反省、自我完善、自我了解。教师哲学的生成隐含在教育问题的研究之中、哲学史的发展之中、哲学智慧的形成之中,"由理入道"、"由技进道"、"顿悟成道"是形成教师的哲学的基本路径。
Philosophy of the teacher, characterized by individuality, reflectivity and practicality, is formed during educational practice. This kind of philosophy is personal education wisdom, faith and belief developed by reflecting educational theory, enquiring educational problems and experiencing educational truth based on some philosophical thinking and methodology during ones' own educational practice. In essence, philosophy of the teacher is their doctrine as teachers, and every teacher has his own philosophy, which would be helpful for the teacher to realize self-reflection, self-improvement, self-understanding. The generation of philosophy of the teacher is implied in the course of the research on educational problem, the development of history of philosophy, the formation of philosophy intelligence. In orcler to obtain the philosophy of the teacher, teachers should treat theory as the basis, technique as the method and epiphaay as the leap.
