企业员工的工作满意度与反生产行为:传统价值观的调节作用 被引量:1

摘要 反生产行为是指员工在工作场所中有意实施的所有可能给组织或者组织利益相关者造成伤害的行为,是增加组织运营成本、干扰组织内部和谐稳定的重要因素。研究实证考察中国组织情境下,各种领域性工作满意度与反生产行为的关系,并探讨传统价值观的调节作用。结果发现,相比在工作报酬、晋升、奖励和工作本身等方面的满意度,对主管领导、同事的满意度是预测员工反生产行为发生率相对更加重要的因素;谦让守分、团结和谐两种传统价值观除了可以直接负向预测反生产行为的发生率外,还可以通过调节主管满意度与反生产行为之间关系的方式间接抑制反生产行为的发生。
