摘要
将羧甲基纤维素(CMC)应用于无碳纸CF涂料中,讨论了CMC用量对涂料粘度、无碳纸显色密度及表面强度的影响。结果表明:随CMC用量增加,涂料粘度增大,显色密度几乎无变化,表面强度明显增强,且当其用量占颜料比例的1.5%时,无碳纸表面强度最大。
CMC was used in CF coating of carbonless copy paper and its influence on coating viscosity, color density and surface strength of paper was discussed. The results show that with the increase of the dosage of CMC, coating viscosity increases, color density has no obvious change, surface strength is enhanced obviously and when its dosage is 1.5wt% of the proportion of the pigment, surface strength of paper reaches to maximum.
