摘要
试验将沼液分别与不同浓度的翠喜、易保和多菌灵进行复配,并采用滤纸片法和孢子萌发法研究了3种复配农药对青霉、甜瓜蔓枯病病原菌和番茄早疫病病原菌的抑制效果。结果表明孢子萌发法中各农药的抑制现象比滤纸片法要显著,并且供试农药中翠喜对这3种病原菌的抑制效果比另外两种农药都要强,尤其是对青霉菌的抑制作用,其在孢子萌发法和滤纸片法中的EC50分别为272.1 mg·L-1和677.7 mg·L-1。试验的研究可为新型农药的开发提供理论依据。
Different concentrations of pesticide, namely Cuixi, Yibao and Carbendazim, were mixed with biogas slurry respectively in this experiment, and methods of filter paper and spore germination were chosen to test their inhibitory effects on PeniciUium sp . , Didymella bryon^ae and Ahernaria sonali . The results showed that the inhibition phenomenon was more remarkable with spore germination test method than that with frlter paper method. Compared with the other two pesticides, mixture with Cuixi had the highest inhibition effect, especially for PeniciUium sp., its EC50 in both methods were 268.9 mg ·L^-1 and 677.7 mg·L^-1 respectively.
