新型直流无刷电机容错控制方法的仿真分析

摘要 航空工业正在向多电飞机的方向发展,因此需要有高可靠性的电机驱动系统。单边矩阵变换器是一种新型的矩阵变换器,适用于驱动无刷直流电机。利用单边矩阵变换器独特的结构建立了一种新型容错控制算法,可以进一步加强无刷直流电机驱动系统的可靠性。为了验证容错算法的性能,建立了整个电机驱动系统的Matlab仿真模型,并对系统的容错运行能力进行了仿真实验分析。仿真实验分析结果表明采用新型容错控制算法的单边矩阵变换器具有更高的可靠性与带故障运行能力,可以满足多电飞机对安全可靠性的要求。 The idea of "More Electric Aircraft" is developing in Aviation industry, therefor the need for high reliability motor drive system has risen. Single Sided Matrix Converter( SSMC ) is a novel matrix converter, which is suited for driving a BLDC motor. A novel fault-tolerant strategy was developed to further enhance the reliability of the BLDC driving system. In order to verify the performance of the fault-tolerant strategy, established a Matlab simulation of the entire motor drive system. The simulation results show that using the new fault-tolerant strategy can improve the reliability and fauh-tolerant ability of the system. The system can meet the safety and reliability requirement of more electric aircraft.
