摘要
为解决双闭环直接转矩控制系统参数整定困难、转矩脉动大等问题,提出一种基于电压空间矢量调制法的转速单闭环直接转矩控制系统,将转速调节器输出直接作为系统期望转矩角以简化系统结构。设计一种改进型比例积分控制器,限制积分环节在转速上升阶段的误差累积,采用非线性函数实现小误差大增益特性,兼顾了系统抗扰性与超调量要求,通过仿真证明了设计方法的合理性和有效性。
Aiming at the disadvantage of double closed loops direct torque control (DTC) system has large torque and its parameters are difficult to set, to solve these problems, a rotate speed single closed loop DTC system was proposed based on space vector modulation (SVM) which directly regards the output of rotate speed regulator as the system's expected torque angel to simplify the structure of the system. Through limiting the error accumulation of the integrator at the stage of rotate speed rising and adopting non-line function to re- alize the characteristic of large error small gain, an improved proportion-integral (PI) control was designed to give consideration to both the anti-disturbance and the overshoot requirement. The method was proved to be correct by the simulation.
