基于有限元的22T液压挖掘机主泵控制阀和泵壳体间隙分析(英文)

摘要 22T级液压挖掘机使用一款排量为112 mL/r的串联双泵作用液压系统动力源。在该系列挖掘机使用过程中,部分液压主泵在泵壳体和变量伺服控制阀的接合面出现开合间隙及油液渗漏两种现象。在对该泵进行的冲击实验中也曾复现以上现象。探求了间隙产生的原因、间隙和结构、系统参数之间的关联性以及如何进行结构改进减小间隙,利用有限元法对于可能导致间隙的原因进行了分析,发现了造成开合间隙主要原因,并提出了3种改进方案。 The main pump,which is currently widely used in 22-ton class hydraulic excavator in China market,is a through-drive piston pump with a displacement of 1 1 2 mL/r.It was found that there was a clearance at the interface between pump housing body and servo control valve when the machine was working in fields.The similar phenomenon was observed and oil leakage was found in a lab test.In this paper,the relationships among the clearance size,the structure of servo control valve and discharge pressure were comprehensively investigated,and the method of how to eliminate this clearance was discussed in this paper as wel .Based on the FEM meth-od,some key factors which affects the clearance size and improves the structure of design were analyzed and discussed.
