基于CFD的阀芯颈部直径对液压锥阀性能的影响研究(英文) 被引量:1

摘要 采用计算流体动力学(computational fluid dynamics,CFD)方法对锥阀的阀腔内流场进行求解,得到不同阀芯颈部直径D值下不同阀口开度对应的流量、流量系数、阀芯阻力与稳态液动力值,并对解析结果进行了分析。结果表明:在相同阀口开度下,阀芯颈部直径D的变化对流量、流量系数几乎无影响,流量系数保持在0.86左右;阀芯的颈部直径D的变化对阀芯阻力与稳态液动力的影响也很小;阀芯阻力随着阀口开度的增大而减小;稳态液动力随着阀口开度增大而增大。 Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD)method was adopted in this paper to analyze the inner flow of valve cavity with different cone neck diameters.The mass flow rate,flow coefficient, cone resistance and steady flow force of hydraulic poppet valve were obtained at different uncork. Based on the simulation results,it has shown that the change of valve cone neck diameter D wil not cause the change of mass flow rate when the valve opening is a constant,and the flow coeffi-cient is almost a constant around 0.86;valve cone neck diameter D has smal influence on the cone resistance and steady flow force.With the increase of valve opening,the cone resistance gets decreased,however,the steady flow force gets increased during this process.
