摘要
聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)作为一种常见的高分子聚合物材料,是目前微流控芯片中的常用材料。对现有的微流体加工技术进行分析对比后,整合了一套在洁净室外加工微流控芯片流程,包括PDMS微通道结构的制作、表面润湿性的处理、多层键合封装技术及其应用等。这种经济型的加工技术可在大多数普通实验室开展。
As a kind of common polymeric materials,polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS)has become widely used in microfluidic chips.In this paper,a set of fabrication process of the microfluidic chips is presented which doesn’t need clean-rooms,by comparing with the conventional mi-crofluidic processing technology.It includes the fabrication of PDMS microchannel structure,the treatment of surface wettability,and the multilayer bonding technology and its application.This e-conomical processing technology is suitable for the most common laboratory.
