薄板坯连铸连轧中的动态变规格恒套量控制技术研究与仿真(英文)

摘要 详述了热连轧动态变规格控制过程,选择合适的控制方式,从活套高度闭环系统组成、控制原理出发,结合动态变规格过程,用前馈控制实现了半无头热连轧动态变规格恒套量控制,且进行了仿真实验并给出结果。 Flying gauge change (FGC)control in continuous hot rol ing was discussed in this pa-per.The composition of looper height closed ring system,the control mechanism,FGC process, and control method for FGC in semi-endless continuous hot rol ing were thoroughly explained as wel .The simulation of above-mentioned process was conducted and the simulation results were obtained in this paper.
