高职院校文化育人的内涵及路径探索

Exploration for the connotation and approach of the cultural education in higher vocational colleges

随着我国经济转型速度的加快,文化育人的作用日益凸显,高职院校以文化求发展的需求日趋迫切。高职院校文化要植根于自身办学的类型文化,在职业性、行业性、区域性上下功夫,才有可能更好地彰显其文化育人的重要意义。强化文化育人理念、培育师德师风、营造环境氛围、构建育人载体、弘扬职业精神、融入企业文化是高职院校文化育人的基本建构路径。实践证明,高职院校文化建设只有把文化建设的过程和文化育人的过程有机结合起来,才有可能实现文化引领对高职院校可持续发展的持久驱动。

With the acceleration of economic transition in our country, the role of cultural education is becoming increasingly important. Higher vocational colleges＇culture should be rooted in their own school type of culture, and efforts should be taken to make it be profession -oriented, industry -oriented with its own regional features, so as to better demonstrate the significance of the cultural education. Strengthening the concept of culture education, cultiva- ting virtue, creating environment atmosphere, building education carrier, advocating professional spirit, integrating enterprise culture is a basic construction path of cultural education in higher vocational colleges. Practice has proved that only by combing the process of the culture construction and culture education in higher vocational colleges＇culture construction, can we ensure the persistent drive of cultural lead for the sustainable development of higher vocational colleges.
