前路减压内固定植骨融合术治疗脊柱胸腰段爆裂骨折的中长期疗效分析

摘要 脊柱胸腰段椎体压缩性骨折是创伤外科常见疾病之一,几乎90%的脊柱骨折发生在胸腰段,其中涉及患者椎体三柱损伤的爆裂骨折占胸腰段损伤的10%~20%[1]。如未得到及时而有效的治疗,可继发后凸畸形,甚至瘫痪。临床上治疗伴有神经功能障碍的胸腰段爆裂骨折的手术方式常采用单纯前路手术直接减压、单纯后路减压以及前后路联合手术三种[2-4]。
