摘要 为实现焊接电流波形和电弧电压的精确有效控制,将DSC系统和FPGA系统用于熔化极惰性气体保护焊焊接电源的硬件和软件设计中,分别用于实现模糊控制电弧电压和变参数PI控制电流波形。通过实际测试表明,采用该控制系统进行实际焊接具有焊接过渡平稳、焊接质量较高及焊缝表面光洁度好等特点,并且实现了电流波形和电弧电压的稳定控制,从而为全数字化熔化极惰性气体保护焊焊接电源控制系统的设计与开发提供了参考。 In order to realize the precise and valid control of welding current waveform and arc voltage,the DSC system and FPGA system are respectively used for the hardware and software design of metal inertia gas shielded welding power source,which the DSC system is used to realize fuzzy control electric arc voltage and the FPGA system is used to realize variable parameters PI control current waveform.The designed welding power source control system is used to the actual testing,the results show that using the control system for actual welding with a smooth welding transition,high welding quality and good welding surface glossiness,and can be realized the stable control of the current waveform and electric arc voltage,so as to the welding power source design and development provide a good reference and useful guidance for full digital metal inertia gas shielded welding.
