真空钎焊冷却速度的测控方法

摘要 真空钎焊冷却速度是影响钎焊质量的重要因素,同时很难进行测量。介绍了一种基于Labview和USB-6251数据采集卡的真空钎焊冷却速度测量方法,并利用该系统进行大量实验,验证了系统的有效性。基于Labview的数据采集和存储功能,对钎焊的冷却速度实现了可记录、可查询,并最终作为产品质量判定的重要依据。 Vacuum brazing cooling speed is one of the important factors affecting brazing quality,at the same time it is difficult to measure.In this paper,a measurement method of vacuum brazing cooling velocity is described which is based on labview and a data acquisition card of USB-6251.The effectiveness of the method is verified through a large number of experiments.Based on the data acquisition of Labview and storage function,the cooling speed of brazing can achieve record,query,and ultimately as an important basis for the quality of the product.
