摘要
依据Sysweld热弹塑性有限元理论,采用"局部-整体"映射法对汽轮机低压缸侧板进行焊接数值模拟,模拟计算出四种不同焊接顺序下的焊接残余变形,分析出结构的最优焊接顺序,指导侧板的实际焊接并将实际焊后变形与模拟焊接变形比较,吻合良好。为大型复杂结构和汽轮机实际生产提供了理论依据,并为大型结构的焊接提出了一种高效的数值模拟技术路线。
According to Sysweld thermo-elastic-plastic finite element theory and use the "local-the whole" mapping method to simulate the welding residual deformation of the side plate of steam turbine under four different welding sequences,this paper can point out the optimal welding sequence and guide the actual welding in factory.Compare the actual welding deformation with the simulation,and found they are in good agreement.The study provides a theoretical basis for large and complex structures and actual production of the turbine,and also it proposes an efficient way of the welding numerical simulation for large structures.
