摘要
针对稠油开采等过程中使用的单支超长重力热管由于结构所限存在的可靠性极低的问题,提出了接力式重力热管系统的概念,并模拟稠油开采环境条件对接力式重力热管系统的传热性能进行了试验研究,以验证接力传热的可行性。结果表明,接力式重力热管系统能完成热量的接力传递,其总体传热性能弱于单支超长热管,但弥补了单支超长热管可靠性极低的不足。
The concept of relay heat pipe system was put forward aiming at the problem of extremely low reliability because of the special structure of single over-long gravity heat pipe, which was used to exploit the heavy oil. The heat transfer performance of the relay heat pipe system was investigated simulating the actual environmental conditions of heavier oil exploitation to confirm the relay heat transfer performance. The results show that the relay gravity heat pipe system could transfer the heat, and its total heat transfer performance was weaker than that of the single over-long heat pipe, but could remedy the defect of extremely low reliability of single over-long heat pipe.
