顶果树扦插育苗试验初报

A Study on the Effects of Truncation Heights and Green Cutting Technique of Acrocarpus fraxinifolius

以顶果树半年生优势苗作为采穗母株，研究了不同截干高度对母株萌发枝条数量的影响，以及适宜插穗扦插生根的 IBA（吲哚丁酸）浓度和扦插时间。结果表明：采穗母株截干高度为20～30㎝时，萌发枝数更多，也就是能够获得更多的插穗；不同浓度的 IBA 对插穗的生根影响显著，其中以800～1000㎎/L 为适；扦插时间也影响插穗生根，一年中以3～7月扦插为适。

This paper chooses half a year old Acrocarpus fraxinifolius advantage seedlings as scion mother tree,and systematic studies difference truncation height had significant influence to the number of stump plant, the concentration of root accelerant IBA and the time of cutting suitable to the rootage rate. The results showed： acquire the more number of stump plant when truncation height was 20 ~ 30cm; The difference concentration of root accelerant IBA had significant influence to the rootage rate, the best concentration was 800 ~ 1000 ㎎ /L; The time of cutting had significant influence to the rootage rate, the best time was March to July.
