依法治国,就是以宪法和法律作为党领导人民治理国家的根本方式,其核心是依宪治国。它是法治的本质特征,更是社会主义法治的核心内容,也是中国共产党领导中国人民治理国家的基本方略,中国共产党十八届四中全会聚焦依法治国,又赋予其新的使命和内涵,体现了依法治国在中国共产党的领导下,实现中华民族的伟大复兴,建设社会主义法治国家,实现国家治理体系和治理能力现代化的重要性和时代价值。

The fundamental way the Party governs the country and leads the people is to rule through the constitution and law,which is known as rule of law,the core of which is to govern in line with the Constitution. It is the core content of socialist rule of law as well as the basic strategy for the Party to lead the people and govern the country. The Fourth Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee focuses on rule of law and bestows it with new missions and connotations,which embodies the importance of realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,building a country under the socialist rule of law and realizing the modernization of the country 's governing system and capability.
