泄洪建筑物混凝土抗冲磨性能试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 结合响洪甸水库工程除险加固新建泄洪建筑物,针对过流断面混凝土抗冲磨和抗气蚀性能要求,在基准混凝土配合比基础上掺入外加剂和外掺料,测试抗冲磨混凝土各项性能指标。分析了混凝土的抗冲磨性能与混凝土的抗压、抗冲、抗渗、抗冻等性能之间的关系以及橡胶粉、硅粉对混凝土抗冲磨性能的影响。试验研究表明:高性能外加剂通过提高混凝土中凝胶量,改善水泥石及其骨料界面的结构,增强凝胶的粘结力,使混凝土具有良好的密实性,可提高混凝土的抗冲磨、抗裂、抗渗性能。 To satisfy the requirements of flow section concrete resisting impact and cavitation resistance, the performance of concrete was tested on the basis of benchmark mixture by adding admixtures by combined with the new flood discharge structures in Xianghongdian reservoir engineering reinforcement. Analysis the relationship be- tween the anti-abrasion performance of concrete and the compressive strength, impact resistance, impermeability, frost resistance was analysised, and other properties as well as the influence of rubber powder, silicon powder on the grinding performance of concrete was also investigated. Researches showed that, high performance admixture by rai- sing the gel in the concrete, improving the structure of the cement and aggregate interface, enhancing the cohesive force of the gel, and makingthe compactness of concrete. It can improve the resistance of concrete anti-abrasion per- formance and crack resistance,waterproof and durable performance.
