浅谈浙江省X射线工业探伤的运用与工作人员安全防护现状

随着技术的发展,人们对工业设备的要求也越来越高。针对轮胎、轮毂、船舶制造、压力容器及电子原器件生产企业而言,产品的质量更是企业立足市场的前提。利用技术成熟、方法简单、成本较低的X射线工业探伤设备对所生产的产品进行无损检测,降低不合格率,以保证产品质量。本文针对浙江省企业和企业辐射工作人员使用X射线工业探伤设备所存在的安全问题,从卫生和环保管理角度进行简要的分析。

With the development of technology, people＇s requirement for industrial equipment gets higher. There are many manufacturing enterprises in Zhejiang province, and the quality of product is the life of an enterprise. As to the tire, wheel hub, shipbuilding, pressure vessel and electronic components production enterprises, the quality of product is also the premise for the enterprise to fuse in the market. Therefore, in order to ensure the quality of products, and to reduce the reject rate, it becomes a necessary process to use X -ray industrial testing equipment for nondestructive detection of the products , which is of mature technology , simple method and low cost. The present paper briefly analyzed the safety problems of enterprises and radiation staff use X - ray industrial detection equipment from the perspective of health and environmental management.
