摘要
大规模在线开放课程(MOOC)的迅速发展给高校教师的教学带来了明显压力。与传统课堂教学相比,通过MOOC学习具有自由度高、优质学习资源丰富、更具国际视野等优点,但也存在自制力要求高、有效互动少、社会关联不足、本地化知识欠缺等问题。为应对MOOC挑战,提升传统课堂吸引力,高校教师可借鉴顾客体验理论,从感官体验、情感体验、思考体验、知识体验和关联体验等五个方面优化学生的课堂学习体验,并通过学术研究、课下师生交流、运用互联网和MOOC辅助教学等方法提升优化课堂学习体验的能力。
With the rapid development of massive open online course(MOOC),obvious pressure has been imposed on college teachers.Compared to typical way of classroom teaching,MOOC has advantages,such as its high degree of freedom to study,unprecedented abundance of learning resources with high quality,and international view.However,it also has its disadvantages,like a high demand of students' self-restraint,lack of efficient personal interaction and social connection,and the loss of localized knowledge.Facing the challenge of MOOC,teachers can leran lessons from Customer Experiential Theories and focus on the experience of sense,feel,think,knowledge and relate to promote the learning experience of students.Meanwhile,teachers′ ability of promoting students′ learning experience can be improved by carrying out academic research,communicating with students after class,taking advantage of the internet and MOOC.
