近几年来,大规模开放网络课程即MOOC引起人们越来越多的关注,它不但在国外取得了较大成功,而且我国也越来越重视它并正在不断发展。尽管我国实现MOOC存在一些现实问题,但它以全球化开放共享为主的思维值得我们学习,同样它对我们信息化资源建设有一定的启示作用。

In recent years,the massive open online courses（MOOC） increasingly aroused pepple＇s wide concern.It not only has achieved great success in foreign country,but also has received growing attention,and it is developing in our country.Although there are some realistic problems in realizing MOOC in china,but the thinking of globalization open sharing can also be learned.At the same time,it has the certain implications in our construction of information resource.
