摘要
选定了砂带磨削参数中的设计变量,确定目标函数,建立了约束条件和数学模型,将砂带磨削参数的优化设计转化成一个三维非线性优化问题,可以针对具体砂带磨削的工艺参数进行优化,对于提高生产率.降低生产成本具有一定的借鉴意义.
Choosing the design variables of grinding parameters about abrasive belt,and determinating theobjective function,we established the constraint conditions and mathematical model. The optimization design ofparameters about abrasive belt grinding is transformed into a problem of three-dimensional nonlinear optimization,whichcan optimize technological parameters according to the concrete abrasive belt grinding. It can improve productivity andreduce production cost.
