摘要
为满足环保要求,进一步降低造纸法烟草薄片废水的污染负荷,以工业废弃物为主要原料合成了聚合双酸铝铁(PAFCS),选用PAFCS混凝-Fenton氧化工艺深度处理造纸法烟草薄片废水,考察了PAFCS、硫酸亚铁和双氧水用量对废水处理效果的影响.结果表明:混凝剂PAFCS用量为2.8 m L/L,Fenton氧化药剂硫酸亚铁投加量为0.60 g/L、双氧水投加量为0.50 m L/L时,处理后水样CODCr47.2 mg/L、色度4倍、p H值4.06,加碱调p H值为6-9即可满足环保要求.
In order to meet the requirements of environmental protection,to further reduce the pollution load ofeffluent from paper-process reconstituted tobacco production,polymer aluminum ferric sulfate chloride(PAFCS)wassynthesized with industrial waste as the main raw material. Advanced treatment of the wastewater from paper-processreconstituted tobacco production was carried out by PAFCS coagulation- Fenton oxidation process. The effects ofPAFCS,ferrous sulfate and hydrogen peroxide on wastewater treatment efficiency were studied. The experimentalresults indicated that when adding the coagulant PAFCS 2.8 mL/L,Fenton oxidation ferrous sulfate 0.60 g/L,hydrogen peroxide 0.50 mL/L,after processing the CODCrwas 47.2 mg/L,and chroma was 4 times,p H value 4.06.Then adjusting alkali p H value for 6-9 can meet the requirements of environmental protection.
