摘要
以紫甘薯"紫罗兰"品种为试材,定植30 d、40 d、50 d后,叶面喷施700倍液、800倍液、900倍液、1000倍液、1100倍液海藻肥,以喷施清水作为对照。施肥7d后测定叶片叶绿素含量;种植3.5月采收,测定产量和品质。结果表明:在试验浓度范围内,海藻肥浓度与紫甘薯产量和品质之间基本呈正相关关系,其中以700倍液对紫甘薯的影响最大,产量、花青素含量、淀粉含量和可溶性糖含量均较对照显著提高,分别为21.32%、7.33%、26.22%和19.57%。
With the seedling of“Violet” purple sweet potato as material, after 30 days, 40 days, and 50 days of planting, the effect of seaweed fertilizer on the yield and quality of purple sweet potato was studied by means of foliar spraying seaweed fertilizer liquid diluted 700~1100 times respectively. The leaf chlorophyll content is tested 7 days after the spray of fertilizer; the yield and quality are tested when they are collected after 3.5 months growth. The experiment showed that within the scope of test concentration, the concentration of seaweed ferlilizer and the yield and quality of purple sweet potato are basically positively correlated, of which the 700 times liquid shows the greatest influence to purple sweet potato, the yield, anthocyanin content, starch content, and soluble sugar content are sig- nificantly higher than control, respectively 21.32%, 7.33%, 26.22%, and 19.57%.
