固氮菌肥在几种蔬菜上的肥效试验 被引量:7

摘要 用无氮培养基以稀释倒平板法和种土法筛选自生固氮菌1株,以菌糠为载体制备固氮菌肥。研究表明固氮菌肥浸提液浓度低于50%时对小白菜种子的发芽有促进作用,而浓度高于75%的浸提液对种子有一定毒副作用。固氮菌肥肥效试验中,菠菜株高菌肥组比菌糠组和对照组分别高16.1%和49.3%,空心菜株高菌肥组比菌糠组和对照组分别高31.2%和49.4%。菠菜叶片叶绿素总含量菌肥组比菌糠组和对照组分别高28.3%和34.5%,空心菜叶片叶绿素总含量菌肥组比菌糠组和对照组分别高31.9%和45.7%。菠菜维生素C(Vc)含量菌肥组比菌糠组和对照组分别高22.8%和38.2%。空心菜Vc含量菌肥组比菌糠组和对照组分别高15.3%和35.9%。结果表明,该固氮菌肥具有良好的肥力,能较好地促进蔬菜生长,是值得推广应用的一种微生物肥料。 A strain of abiogenous azotobacter was obtained by a pour plate method and species indigenous method with nitrogen-free agar. Then, nitrogen-fixing bacteria fertilizer was prepared using fungus chaff as support. Experimental results indicated that the seed germination of pakchoi could be promoted when the fertilizer extracts concentration was less than 50%, while the seed germination of pakchoi would be retarded when the fertilizer extracts concentration was above 75%. It was also found that when the nitrogen-fixing bacteria fertilizer was used, the plant height of spinach was 16.1% and 49.3% higher than those in the case of fungus chaff and in the control group. Also, the chlorophyll content in the leaves of spinach is 28.3% and 34.5% higher than those in the case of fungus chaff and in the control group, and the chlorophyll content in the leaves of swamp cabbage is 31.9% and 45.7% higher than those in the case of fungus chaff and in the control group. The vitamin C content in the leaves of spinach is 22.8% and 38.2% higher than those in the case of fungus chaff and in the control group, and the vitamin C content in the leaves of swamp cabbage is 15.3% and 35.9% higher than those in the case of fungus chaff and in the control group. The results demonstrated that the as-prepared nitrogen-fixing bacteria fertilizer with high efficiency can promote the growth of vegetables, making it a microbial fertilizer deserving wide application.
