摘要
介绍了中国石化扬子石化分公司水厂净一装置的工艺流程、特点及运行状况,分析了异常排放引起进水波动对A/O生化处理装置的影响,并提出了处理办法。通过对进站水质的严格控制,对异常情况的闭环管理及A/O接触氧化法工艺的调整和改进,A/O生化处理达到控制要求,再经深度处理,确保总排100%达标。
The technical process,characteristics and operation status of No. 1 clean unit in Water Plant of SINOPEC Yangzi Petrochemical Company are presented. The effects of inflow fluctuation due to abnormal discharge on the A / O biochemical treatment unit are analyzed and the method of disposition is put forward. The result of A / O biochemical treatment can satisfy the control requirement by strictly controlling the inflow quality,acting close-loop management on abnormal situation,and adjusting and improving the A / O contact oxidation process. The total emission targets can reach the standard with 100% after advanced treatment.
