摘要
产品族架构是产品族开发中的前端环节,与产品族开发过程的其他环节联系紧密;产品族的竞争优势是产品族在市场上运营效果的体现。产品族架构对产品族的成功开发和产品族竞争优势的创造与保持有重要影响。研究了产品架构对竞争优势的影响,以i Phone手机系列产品为研究对象,描述了i Phone的产品族架构,分析了竞争优势,并解释了产品族架构和影响因素对产品族竞争优势的作用,为制造企业基于产品族架构创造竞争优势提供了方法。
As the front-end of product family development process, product family architecture is closely related to the others in its development process. Competitive advantage of product family de- scribes how product family performs in the market. Product family architecture attaches great impor- tance both to the successful development of product family and to the creating and maintaining compet- itive advantage of it. An empirical study was conducted. The architecture of iPhone family was de- scribed as a sample. The competitive advantage of iPhone family and its origin were analyzed. It pro- vides a way for manufacturing enterprises in creating competitive advantage based on product family architecture.
