175F风冷柴油机喷油嘴热负荷的试验研究

摘要 通过在某型175F风冷柴油机上加装惯性增压管、改进冷却系统等措施,同时采用热电偶测量喷油嘴温度场的方法,对风冷柴油机喷油嘴热负荷进行试验研究.试验结果表明采取这些措施能降低喷油嘴热负荷;特别是同时加装惯性增压管和改进冷却系统,在115%负荷工况下喷油嘴高温区温度降低了29℃,其温度梯度、圆周温差也均有改善. In this paper,we have experimented on the thermal load in the nozzle of the air-cooled diesel engine,by installing inertial booster tube in the 175F air-cooled diesel engine cooling system,adopting other measures such as improvement cooling system and using the thermocouple to measure the temperature field of the nozzle. The test results showed that these measures can reduce the heat load of nozzle. Especially added the inertia pressure inlet and improved cooling system,in the 115% load condition the temperature of the nozzle high temperature region falls to 29℃,meanwhile the temperature gradient and the circumferential tem-perature difference are also improved.
