摘要
针对湖南隆回县北部地区地形复杂,气候恶劣,几乎年年遭受冰冻天气,使电网常年遭受雨雪冰冻灾害,损失惨重的实际情况,采用分级设立监视哨,实施三级冰情预警,科学应用交直流融冰技术等措施进行融冰保电,同时建立企业社会联动机制,依靠地方各级政府,充分发动广大群众参加,实施人工除冰策略,确保了极端天气的供电安全.工作实践表明本文提出的抗冰保电措施效果明显,具有行业应用价值.
According to the complex terrain,harsh climate and the freezing weather it suffers almost every year,the power grid in Longhui County has been exposed to freezing rain and snow disaster and causes huge losses. To avoid this situation,we set up surveillance posts hierarchically,warn ice conditions in three levels,scientifically apply to AC-DC melting ice technology and other measures to guarantee the electricity. In the mean time,we need to establish the linkage mechanism of the society and the enterprise,to rely on local governments at all levels,and to fully mobilize the masses,so we also can remove the ice artificially and ensure the safety of power supply in the extreme weather. Years of practice shows that the effect of the anti-ice measures to protect the electricity supply,which proposed in this paper has obvious effect and industry application value.
