Application of CAS Theory on Talents Cultivation in Pharmaceutical Innovative Experimental Cass

创新实验班已经成为人才培养的有效方式,西南大学药学院与重庆市希尔安药业有限公司合作,建立了希尔安创新实验班。本文围绕药学创新实验班人才培养为核心,介绍了我院运用复杂适应系统理论,改革素质培养模式,优化班级管理方式,创新人才评价体系等方面的实践,探索了一条药学人才培养的新的途径和思路。

Innovative experimental class is the useful way for talent cultivation. ＂Xieran innovative experimental class＂ has been established under the cooperation of Southwest University College of Pharmaceutical Sciences with Xieran medicine co. ltd. In this article, talents cultivation in pharmaceutical innovative experimental class is consid- ered as the core. Our practices are applied after using complexity adaptive system theory, especially in reformation of the pattern of training cultivation, optimization of class management, and innovation talents evaluation system. This study explores the way and thought of talents cultivation.
