社区团队带领人的能力构成探究——以上海市徐汇区“凌云生态家”项目为例

The Exploration of Community Team Leaders' Ability Composing——Based on the Case Study of “Lingyun Eco-home” Project in Xuhui district of Shanghai

作为社区活动的主要形态,团队的影响力不断扩大,如何提高团队带领人的能力,这个课题也应运而生,而首先要厘清的就是其能力构成。上海市徐汇区凌云街道作为徐汇区社区教育中新崛起的力量,社区学校校长叶红、梅陇三村书记尚艳红、"绿主妇"带领人姜玫瑰这三个负责人功不可没。本文就基于对凌云社区三个主要负责人的访谈,从社会管理能力、项目管理能力和知识管理能力三个方面入手,探讨了团队带领人的能力构成。其中社会管理能力包括服务居民的能力、带领下属的能力、顾全合作者的能力和培养接班人的能力四点;项目管理能力从策划能力、实施监管能力和总结反思能力展开论述;而知识管理能力主要分为知识的吸收、消化和产出能力三个方面。

As one of the main community activity forms, community team＇s influence keeps growing. Therefore, it＇s necessary to study how to improve the leader＇s leadership. Thus, the pri- mary issue is to figure out the composing of leadership. Lingyun Street, in Xuhui District of Shang- hai, is a new rising power of the community education in Xuhui District, to which Ye Hong, the Principal of Community School, Shang Yanhong, the Secretary of Mi long San Village, and Jiang Meigui, the leader of ＂Green Housewives＂ Program, have made a great contribution. This paper explores the composing of team leader＇s ability from the perspective of social management capabili- ty, project management capability, and knowledge management capability based on the interviews of these three leaders. The social management capability includes the ability to serve the residents, to manage the subordinates, to take coordinators into consideration, and to cultivate the successor, the subject of project management capability is discussed from the perspectives of planning ability, supervision ability, and reflective ability, while the subject of knowledge management capability is discussed from the ability of knowledge absorption, knowledge digestion and knowledge production
