终身教育和终身学习已成为世界各国教育改革发展和社会进步的共同要求和趋势。数字化终身教育资源是终身教育内涵发展的核心领域,是开展终身教育活动的基本依据,是实现终身教育目标的根本保证。构建"优化整合、自主开发、委托他建、联合共建、购买引进等多种形式相结合"的"多轮驱动"市州数字化终身教育资源建设模式,可以解决当前市州数字化终身教育资源建设存在的诸多问题,指导和规范市州数字化终身教育资源建设工作。

Digital lifelong education resource is the core of the development of lifelong education, the fundamental basis of lifelong education ac- tivities, and the fundamental guarantee to realize life-long education. By the construction of a city digital lifelong education resources construction mode of ＂multi-wheel driving＂ under the principle of ＂combination of optimization of integration, independent development, commissioned construc- tion, joint construction, purchasing and introduction＂, we can solve the problems existing in current construction of city digital lifelong education resources, and thus to offer some guidance and stand- ardization.
