摘要 加强教师远程培训的过程管理,直接关乎培训的质量和效果。通过对华中师范大学教师示范性远程培训项目实施过程中涉及的若干问题分析可知,在教师远程培训中,既要调动参训教师的积极性,又要注意远程培训与集中交流的有效结合,并以强化学习过程监控来避免"无效"学习;同时,也要重视培训平台和资源建设,做好后续跟踪服务,以保证教师远程培训的质量和效果。 The process management of teachers' distance training directly affects the training quality and effect. This research is based on the problem of the demonstration distance training pro- ject organized by Central China Normal University. The analysis shows that during the teachers' distance training, we should not only arouse the enthusiasm of the teachers, but pay attention to the effective combination of distance training and tutoring class as well. What's more, we should strengthen the process monitoring to avoid invalid learning. By the way, attaching importance to the training platform and resource Construction and taking the follow-up tracking service are bound to ensure the quality and effect of the teachers' distance training.
