摘要
为了解石家庄市中小学校外培训机构的师资问题,本研究对三家教育培训机构的四位教师进行了访谈,内容包括校外培训机构教师的准入标准、学历、职称和专业等级、教学方法、教学效果、培训班存在的各种问题等等。调查发现当前教育培训机构的大部分兼职教师存在不具备教师资格、学历模糊、专业水平低等等问题。本研究认为解决校外培训师资问题的出路在于构建与终身教育相适应的"新国民教育体系"。
In order to investigate the situation of teaching staff in the off-campus training insti- tutions on primary and secondary level in Shijiazhuang, this study has been carried out through the interview with four teachers of three training institutions on their access standards, education back- ground, job title and professional level, teaching methods, teaching effects and the various prob- lems existed in off-campus training institutions. It found out that currently most of the part-time teachers in training institutions do not have teaching qualification, lack in professional proficiency, and are fuzzy in education degree. It indicates that the way to solve these problems is to build a "new national education system" corresponding to the lifelong education.
